I came into this work as a journalist and magazine editor. My job was to identify the story others couldn’t see — and make it clear, compelling, and impossible to ignore.

Today I apply that same process to careers. I sit across from a professional with a strong track record and figure out why the story they’re telling about themselves isn’t the one decision-makers above them are hearing. Then we fix it.
